摘要
主要介绍了自动控制技术在氮肥企业UGI固定层气化炉炭层高度控制中的应用。该技术由液压传动设备驱动的自动探焦器和配套编制的微机程序组成,能自动监测炭层高度,并由炭层高度变化趋势自动控制气化炉加炭量,改变了过去人工探焦和加煤的方式,实现了气化炉长周期稳定运行,降低了单位产品综合能耗,减少了放空带来的环境污染,具有较好的经济效益。
This paper describes primarily the automatic control technology for the control of the coal bed height in the UGI fixed-bed gasifier of a nitrogenous fertilizer producer. It comprises of the au- tomatic coal height detector driven by the hydraulic transmission and the accessory microcomputer pro- gram worked out, able to monitor automatically the coal bed height, the trend of the height change au- tomatically, controls the amount of coal added into the gasifier, hence replacing the manual coal detec- tion and addition in the past, realizing the stable running of the gasifier for a long period of time, low- ering the overall energy consumption per unit product, reducing the atmospheric pollution by venting, and bringing about better economic berefit.
