摘要
通过对尿素装置1次从停车到开车过程中资源消耗的计算,分析尿素装置开、停车过程中的主要物耗和能耗。分析了影响物耗、能耗的主要因素,提出工艺管理中可控制的操作办法,以尽可能减少尿素装置开车过程中的损耗,实现企业效益的最大化。
By calculation of material consumption of a urea unit in one course of shut-down to start-up, an analysis is made of the main material and energy consumption in the couse of start-up to shut-down. The chief factors affecting the material and energy consumption are analyzed and a control- lable operation method is proposed for process management, so as to reduce wastage in start-up of the urea unit as far as possible and maximize the benefit of the plant.
