自由与秩序的关系及其现实意义

Relationship between Freedom and Order and its Practical Significance

社会秩序是一个社会正常运转的基础和条件,有其固定的范式和要求,范畴之内的个体必须遵守;自由是社会细胞——个人生而有之的本能需求,而人的个性千差万别,不可能完全一致。因此,秩序与自由构成了一对矛盾。随着社会的进步和思想解放,个人的诉求也更具个性。使社会资源的有效性得到充分发挥,优化配置社会资源和降低社会内耗,进而促进社会的全面繁荣,最终实现人的自由全面的发展必然要在自由与秩序之间寻找到平衡点。

The social order is the foundation and condition of social operation,has its fixed paradigms and requirements,the individual in this category must comply;freedom is the social cells-individuals,born with the instinct to demand,and vastly different personalities,can not be completely consistent.Therefore,social order and freedom constitute a contradiction.Along with social progress and ideological emancipation,individual＇s aspirations are more personalized.Enables the validity of social resource into full play,optimizes the disposition of social resource and reduces the social internal friction,thus contributing to the society＇s comprehensive prosperous,and ultimately realizes person＇s freedom comprehensive development,are bound to find the balance point between the freedom and the social order.
