师范类大学生毕业规划调查与对策分析——以安阳师院人文管理学院为例

为了深入了解师范生的就业需求以更好的解决就业难问题,本文采用访谈和调查问卷相结合的方法对大三的不同专业300名师范生进行毕业规划调查研究,剖析当前师范生的就业需求,探讨提高师范生就业的方法和对策,为更好的指导师范生更好的就业提供了一定的依据。

The paper aims at learning clearly of employment demand for normal university students,and finding better solutions for difficult employment.This paper takes the method that unify inter-view and the questionnaire survey,takes 300 normal university junior students from different majors as example.The analysis on current employment demand,the discussion on improving the method and countermeasure of employment,provide certain basis for a better employment.
