摘要
文章借助有限元模拟修正了已有的输气管道的对接焊缝的裂纹评估公式,修正后的应力放大因子与有限元模拟结果误差均控制在为5%以内,并进行了相应的塑性失效评估和断裂失效评估的修正,最后通过压力试验验证了修正评估公式的可行性,预测结果与试验实际失效压力最大误差为9.10%,平均误差为6.71%,均控制在10%的误差以内,修正后的评估公式可以利用在输气管道对接焊缝裂纹的适用性评估上。
This paper provide a modified butt-joined weld crack failure assessment formula of gas transport pipeline, the error of modified magnified correction factor is less than 5% with Finite element simulation result, in addition, authors also modified the formula of plastic failure assessment and fracture failure assessment, at last, verify the modified formula with pressure test, the maximum error of predict pressure is 9.10% with the actual failure pressure, all the test error is within 10%, then the modified formula could be used well in gas transport pipeline.
