摘要
本文采用^(14)C示踪法,实验研究了温度对小球藻、牟氏角毛藻、聚生角毛藻和钙质角毛藻同化速率的影响,发现这4种藻类的同化速率随温度呈非线性函数变化,并从理论上阐述了藻类生长过程中对温度的要求和适应,以及这4种藻类光合过程的平均活化能。
Photosynthesis rates(PR for four single-celled algae were determined by ^(14)C-tracer method under the condition of varied temperatures(θ). PR varied with θ in the fashion of nonlinear functions. PR increased with increasing θ in the lower temperatures, however, it tended to decrease above the optimum temperature. The activation energies in the course of photosynthesis for Chlorella sp., Chaet. muellern, Chaet. socialis and Chaet. calcitrons are 23.05,30.71,50.46 and 66.02 kJ/mol, respectively. Chaet. calcitrons and Chaet. socialis with higher activation energies are adapted to grow under higher environmental temperatures. Chlorella sp. and Chaet. Muelleri with lower activation energies are adapted to grow under lower environmental temperatures. Theoretical calculations of activation energies are consistent with the experiment results of θ parameters for the growth of the four single-celled algae in our study.
