摘要
通过对电渣感应加热铸型法连续铸造过程的传热理论分析,建立了电渣感应连续定向凝固过程中相关因素之间的关系式,并以此为基础,探讨了稳定电渣感应连续定向凝固过程的途径。以铸铁为材料的试验结果表明。
Abstract Through theoretical analysis of the heat transfer of the mould heated by electroslag induction during the continuous casting process,a formula of parameters concerning continuous unidirectional solidification process has been established and,based on this,a way to stabilize electroslag induction continuous unidirectional solidification process was studied.The results of experiment using cast iron as mold material showed that the computed results are in excellent agreement with the experimentally measured data.
