冠状动脉病变支数对血小板膜CD62P表达率和血清CD62P浓度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究冠状动脉血管病变数目对血小板膜CD62P表达率和血清CD62P浓度的影响。方法将50例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者根据冠状动脉造影的结果分为冠状动脉单支血管病变组及多支血管病变组,另外选择经冠状动脉造影检查排除冠心病者25例为对照组。分别检测3组的血小板膜CD62P表达率和血清CD62P浓度。结果方差分析显示多支血管病变组的血小板膜CD62P表达率[10.83%±5.76%vs.13.32%±5.90%vs.18.385±8.64%,P<0.05]及血清CD62P浓度[(33.34±11.05)ng/mLvs.(37.48±11.94)ng/mLvs.(45.12±16.71)ng/mL,P<0.05]显著高于单支血管病变组及对照组,差异有统计学意义;而单支血管病变组与对照组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心病患者冠状动脉病变数目越多,其血小板膜CD62P表达率和血清CD62P浓度越高;检测冠心病患者的血小板膜CD62P表达率和血清CD62P浓度,有可能为预测冠状动脉病变的广泛程度提供临床判断的依据。 Objectives To explore the effect of numbers of coronary artery lesions on platelet CD62P expression rate and serum eomcentration of CD62P. Methods Fifty patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in single-vessel disease group or multi-vessel disease group according to the results of coronary angiography. Twenty-five patients with normal computed tomography coronary angiography were included in control group. Platelet CD62P expression and serum concentrations of CD62P were detected in three groups. Results Analysis of variance indicated that platelet CD62P expression rates [ 10.83%±5.76% vs. 13.32%±5.90% vs. 18.385±8.64%,P〈0.05 ] and serum concentrations of CD62P [(33.34±11.05)ng/mL vs. (37.48±11.94)ng/mL vs. (45.12±16.71) ng/mL, P〈0.05] in multi-vessel disease group were much higher than those in control group, single-vessel disease group, and they had statistics differences ; but there were no statistics differences between control group and single-vessel disease group(P〉0.05). Coneclusion The more numbers of diseased coronary vessel in patients with coronary heart disease, the higher platelet CD62P expression rate and serum concentration of CD62P are. Testing CD62P expression rate and serum concentration of CD62P could provide evidence to the prediction of degree of coronary artery lesions.
