反复活动后胸闷、气促,双下肢浮肿
摘要
对于临床诊断为限制型心肌病的患者，医生应考虑到浸润性心肌病的可能，其中以淀粉样变最为常见，结合心电图、超声心动图特征性改变及心脏外其他部位组织活检刚果红染色阳性可诊断，心肌活检可以确诊。
