30例胰瘘治疗的临床回顾性分析
摘要
目的总结胰瘘的治疗经验。方法对各种原因所致的30例胰瘘手术治疗与非手术治疗结果进行回顾分析。结果治愈10例,好转15例,未愈3例,病死2例(均死于合并感染,多器官功能衰竭),总有效率为83.3%。结论非手术治疗对大多数胰瘘有效。
