摘要 应用光谱特征对物质成分与含量进行检测是现代光谱测量技术的重要应用,本文给出了一种使用线阵CCD的光谱测量系统设计与实现方法.系统使用光纤束进行导光、平面衍射光栅对采集到的光分光后,由线阵CCD进行光电转换并获得相应光强分布数据,使用小波变换方法对光强分布数据处理后得到光谱数据.实验结果表明,本文提出的方法可行、数据可靠,可实现不同珠宝石材的区分,达到使用光谱检测技术对宝石鉴定的目的.该系统具有测量可靠、使用便携、生产成本低等优点,可作为珠宝行业专业检测仪器,对珠宝石材种类进行快速鉴别,具有很广阔的应用前景. The application of spectrum measurement for material composition and ingredient detection is one of the key usages of the modern spectroanalysis instrument used commonly.The method of spectrum design and construction with CCD in line array is described in this paper.The optical fiber beam bounding the light and the plane diffraction grating for disperse the light in different wave length and the line array CCD for opto-electronic transform and also the wavelet transform for data processing are used in the system.The experiment results show that the method given here is reasonable and the data is reliable.It can be used to distinct the different kinds of gemstone material for the purpose of detection with spectrum.The measurement of this system has the advantage of reliable,easy to carry and,low cost to produce.It can be used as the professional measurement instrument to judge the gemstone quickly and it has the prospect of widely usage.
