摘要
合成了一种多用固体酸洗缓蚀剂CMD18,研究了酸液浓度、温度和Fe3+离子含量、缓蚀剂添加量、酸洗时间等因素对缓蚀性能的影响。
A method for the synthesis of an universal solid inhibitor CMD18 for pickling and its inhibition properties in thirteen kinds of mediums is described. The effect of concertration, temperature of acid solution, amount of Fe3+ in acid solution, concentration of inhibitor and pickling time etc. on inhibition property and the special inhibition property used in high concertration suphuric acid at higher pickling temperatures were also investigated. The inhibition mechanism of inhibitor was studied on basis of electrochemical measurments. It has been shown that the metioned inhibitor is a type of mixed adsorption film inhibitor.\=
