摘要
保留十二指肠胰头切除术(Duodenum-preserving resection of pancreatic head,DPPHR)保留了胃、十二指肠及胆道的连续性,手术安全性好,降低了手术创伤和切除范围,可作为胰头颈部良性和低度恶性肿块局限性切除的术式。文章对保留十二指肠胰头切除术的解剖学基础、适应症、手术操作问题以及术后并发症的防治进行阐述。
Duodenum-preserving resection of pancreatic head （DPPHR） retains the continuity of stomach, duodenum and biliary ducts. The operation is safe and it reduces the injury and excision scope. This procedure can be used in benign and low malignant lesions in the head and neck of the pancreas. The anatomical basis of duodenal pancreatic head resection, indications, operative problems and prevention of postoperative complications were described in this paper.
