摘要
通过金相观察和电子探针分析,对16Mn系列钢连铸板坯表面出现的星形裂纹缺陷进行研究;通过不同的连铸工艺对比试验验证,确定星形裂纹产生的直接原因是使用无镀层的铜板结晶器所致。采用提出的改进措施,该缺陷发生率由原来的13.230%降至0.087%。
The star-shaped crack formed on the surface for continuous cast slab of the series of 16Mn steels was analyzed by metalloscope and electronic probe. The contrast tests for different continuous cast processing found that using plating-less condenser was the direct reason of forming the star-shaped crack. The effective method for the crack was suggested and the fault percentage has been decreased from 13.230 % to 0.087 %.
