摘要
借助于断裂力学的方法及残余应力的测定,分析了55优质碳素结构钢冷拔材在冷加工过程中出现横向断裂的原因,并且指出避免此种疵病的有效途径。
The transverse Crack appeared on the cold drawn quality construction carbon steel 55 during cold working and its reasan have been studied with the method of fracture mechanics and the measurement of residual stress. Effective method of avoiding this kind of defect has been pointed out.
