惠州出口贸易对环境影响的实证分析——以SO_2排放量为例

An Impact Analysis on Huizhou Export Trade and Environment:Taking SO_2 Emissions for Example

惠州经济的高速发展和伴生的环境污染问题,是在我国经济加速融入全球经济的背景下发生的。文章基于惠州1987-2009年的时间序列数据,通过实证方法分析出口贸易对环境(SO2)的影响,指出随着时间的推移,出口的增长,将不利于惠州环境的改善;如果在贸易自由化,同时实施更严格的环境管制,可以促进贸易与环境协调发展,进而实现惠州良好的规模效应、结构效应、技术效应以及要素优化配置等的结果。

The problems of environmental pollution associated with rapid economic development of Huizhou is the result of rapid integration of Chinese economy into the global world.This paper concludes that export growth can＇t improve our environment,with an empirical analysis of export trade and environment（SO2）based on the time series data of Huizhou during 1987-2009;If the trade liberalization goes with stricter enforcement of environmental control,it will promote the coordinated development of trade and environment,and realizes good scale effect,structure effect,technical effect and the results of factor endowments,etc.
