唐朝、吐蕃及南诏在西南地区的角逐

The Race of Tang,Tubo and Nanzhao in the Southwest Region

七世纪初,松赞干布建立了吐蕃奴隶制政权,随后便向周围地区扩张势力。吐蕃势力进入云南洱海地区,威胁着唐朝的西南边疆。南诏在唐朝的支持下统一洱河地区,成为唐朝遏制吐蕃势力的西南屏障。南诏的扩张与唐朝的利益发生冲突,导致战争爆发,南诏遂弃唐而投蕃。吐蕃对南诏实行的民族剥削和压迫政策,使南诏再次归附唐朝。唐朝与南诏结盟,共同抗击吐蕃。这一时期,西南地区的民族关系,主要表现为唐朝、吐蕃及南诏之间错综复杂的三角关系。

In the early 7th century,slavery regime was established by Songtsen Gampo in Tubo,then expanding to surrounding areas.When the forces of the Tubo entered the Erhai areas,it threatened the southwest frontier of the Tang Dynasty.Nanzhao was the protective barrier for the Tang Dynasty in this area to curb Tubo forces after it unified the Erhe areas in the support of Tang Dynasty.But the expansion of Nanzhao conflicted with the interests of the Tang Dynasty,leading to the outbreak of war.Then Nanzhao abandoned Tang and defected to the Tubo.However the Tubo＇s exploitation and oppression on Nanzhao caused Nanzhao to submit to the Tang Dynasty.So Tang allied with Nanzhao to fight against the Tubo.During this period,the complex triangular relationship among the Tang,Tubo and Nanzhao was mainly manifested in southwest region.
