新生入学教育对大学新生适应大学生活,实现从中学生到大学生的角色转换,发挥着不可忽视的作用。随着教育环境的变化,现有的新生入学教育的不适应性逐渐突显。为适应人才培养需要以及提高新生入学教育有效性,提出更新设计理念,实现复合模板化的入学教育新模式。这种以生为本,创新新生入学教育,具有一定的现实意义和可操作性。

The adaptability to being a college student for freshmen who just finished high school needs instructional guidance which cannot be neglected.The factors,such as the adjustability to new environment,the flexibility to get used to college life,should be taken into consideration to update the idea of ＂Talent-producing Mode＂ that can help freshmen effectively to melt themselves into the vocational education aiming at Student＇s Entrepreneurial Ability for their future career.This is the latest compound pattern of enrollment education whose significance and maneuverability will be argued in this paper.
