Epigenetic Reprogramming of Nuclei Using Cell Extract

摘要 细胞抽提物重编程是近年来发展起来的技术,是将供体细胞抽提物导入受体细胞中,使受体细胞向供体细胞的形态、基因、功能等方面发生改变。目前,此方法已成功应用于体细胞与体细胞之间、体细胞与干细胞之间,成为一种有效的、无伦理学争议的重编程方法。本文就细胞抽提物重编程的研究现状、相关机理及存在的问题进行综述。 Epigenetic reprogramming of nuclei using cell extract becomes popular in recent years.This method indicates that recipient cells receiving transduction of cell extract from donor cells can generate changes of morphology,gene expression and function directing donor cells.It is reported to be used between somatic cells and somatic cells or stem cells as an effective method with no ethical controversy.The current situation,relevant mechanisms and defects concerning reprogramming of cell extract were reviewed.
