摘要
绩效管理运用得当不仅有助于促进组织的发展和企业绩效的提升,也有助于挖掘和提高员工的潜力和能力,特别是有助于将员工的个人目标与企业战略相结合,实现企业目标与个人发展的平衡,进而实现企业可持续发展。本文重点阐述了企业绩效管理体系设计的思路及其应用成果。
A proper utilization of appraisal management shall not only assist the development of organization and enterprise performance, also helpful to improye employee potentials and abilities, especially to assist employees combining personal objects with enterprise strategy, achieving a balance between company goal and self development thus finalizing enterprises sustainable development ability. The article states the thoughts of enterprise appraisal management system designing and the related practical achievements as the main points.
