The article expounds on how to Shenhua Ningxia coal group informatization operation and maintenance, IT introduced based on ITIL service management methods, design for Shenhua Ningxia coal group IT operation and maintenance management process and method, in order to improve the system of management efficiency and IT department of service quality to meet the needs of various business department, guarantee the stable operation of the group informatization system.
