根据600MW机组性能指标供电煤耗率、汽轮机热耗率、锅炉效率分析,找出了影响经济性的问题;统计600MW机组投产以来发生的86次非停,从设计、制造、安装、调试等方面分析影响因素,不仅指出了仍存在的主要问题,而且对今后提高机组技术性能指标的措施和建议具有参考价值。

According to the analysis of the property index of the power-generated coal consumption of 600MW generating unit, turbine heat consumption rate and boiler effectiveness, the problems of effecting economy status were found out. Through the statistics from 86 non-stop movements since 600MW power unit put in production; the article analyzed the factors from designing, producing, installing, adjusting and the like. It also points out the main problems still in existence and generated measurement and suggestions on improve unit performance index for future references.
