摘要
皮带输送机在能源化工企业得到了广泛应用,尤其在煤炭开采加工企业,物料量大,输送过程往往由多条安装角度、倾斜角度不同的皮带实现。运输系统启动时,各皮带启动先后顺序及时间间隔不能很好协调,运行过程中如其中一条皮带发生故障导致整个系统停止,如操作失误,还将造成重负荷启动电机以及物料堆积的后果。本文以PLC技术在皮带输送机上的应用为例,实现皮带运输系统的自动延时启停,避免人为失误,提高系统可靠性。作者通过多次实际接线、编程试验,满足系统要求,实现了预定功能。
The belt conveyer has been widely applied in energy-chemical enterprise, especially in coal mining and processing enterprises, because of large amount of material, transport process must be realized by multiple belt of different installation tilt angle. When the transport system start, the startup sequence and time intervals can not be coordinated very well, operation process when one strap failure may cause the system stop, such as operating error, will also cause heavy load start motor and material accumulation consequences. This article by the application of PLC in the belt conveyor for example, aimed to realizing the system automatically start-stop according to setting extended time and avoid human error, enhance system reliability. The author through practical connection programming pilot and meet demand and implement the svstem function.
