摘要 针对目前高速飞行热障问题,设计了一种气动加热模拟试验控制系统。该系统利用基于遗传算法的PID,实现对温度热流的实时跟踪控制,实现模拟气动加热。系统采用移相触发调压,实现对石英灯功率的控制。试验结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,对温度和热流都有很好的控制效果,具有工程应用价值。 Aming at the thermal barrier problem in the high-speed flight, a new system, named aerodynamic heating simulation control system was developed. The new system used PID control which is based on the genetic algorithms as a control procedures of test to implement analog aerodynamic heating, and it is through the load of infrared radiation heat. The use of the phase trigger surge can control the quartz lamp power. The results show that the control system is stable and reliable and has a good effects at the remperature and heat flow control, therefore, it has engineering applications.
