微水溶性缓释肥料用复合胶接材料的合成及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以淀粉、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和丙烯酸酯类单体为主要原料,采用交联反应法制备出水基可生物降解型胶接包膜材料,并重点阐述了淀粉、PVA和丙烯酸酯类单体用量对胶液及复合膜性能的影响。结果表明:当m(淀粉)=70 g、V(丙烯酸酯类单体)=V(5%PVA)=5 mL和m(交联剂)=2.5 g时,复合膜的透水、透气效果较佳,其吸水倍率和透水率分别为133%和16.97 g/(m2.h),并具有一定的可生物降解性能;该复合膜可用于半干旱地区微水溶性缓释肥料用胶接包膜材料的制备。 With starch,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and acrylate monomers as main raw materials,so a water-based biodegradable bonding coating material was made by crosslinking reaction.The influences of some factors(such as starch,PVA and acrylate monomers contents) on performances of glue solution and membrane were elaborate.The results showed that the membrane can be used as preparing micro water-soluble bonding coating materials for controlled-release fertilizers in semi-arid area because the membrane had well water permeability,air permeability and certain biodegradable characteristic,its water absorption was 133% and water permeability rate was 16.97 g/(m2·h) when starch was 70 g,acrylate monomer was 5 mL,5% PVA was 5 mL,and cross linker was 2.5 g.
