摘要
苏通大桥地处中国东部沿海地区,该地区易受台风袭击。为了分析该桥桥址区的实际台风特性,建立桥址区台风特性数据库,在大桥塔顶、主梁跨中及梁端安装了超声风速仪进行桥址区风特性现场实测。2008年7月台风"凤凰"袭击江苏时,风速仪记录了经过桥址区的三维强风样本。通过对实测凤凰台风数据的分析,得到了10-min平均风速和风向、紊流强度、紊流积分尺度以及紊流功率谱密度函数等强风特性。结合与现行桥梁抗风规范的对比,总结了桥址区的台风特性及规律。结论为大桥的抗风评价提供了可靠依据,同时可供华东沿海地区其它工程结构的抗风参考。
Located in the coastal aera of eastern China,the Sutong Cable-stayed Bridge(SCB) is vulnerable to the typhoons.In order to gain the real typhoon characteristics at the SCB and find the typhoon characteristic database,the ultrasonic anemometers were installed on the main girders and the top of the towers. When typhoon Fung-Wong passed through Jiangsu in July 2008,the 3-dimensional strong wind data was wholly recorded by the anemometer.The measurement data are analyzed to obtain the mean wind speed and direction,the turbulence intensity,the turbulence integral length and power spectrum,etc.Compared with the advice values of corresponding codes,the characteristics and rules of typhoons at the SCB area is summarized.Results can provide reliable basis for wind resistance evaluation of SCB,and have reference values for wind resistance study of other engineering structures in the region.
