宜居城市建设背景下的公共设施体系构建--以重庆市北碚区蔡家组团为例

On Construction System for Public Facilities in the Context of Livable City Construction: Caijia Cluster in Beibei District of Chongqing Example

宜居城市建设背景下的公共设施体系是在建设宜居城市的背景下,针对传统公共服务设施的定义、构建体系、内容而扩展提出的一种理论体系。因为控制性详细规划直接面对规划实施与管理,公共设施也是其重点调控的对象之一,所以适宜在其层面上对宜居城市建设背景下的公共设施构建体系进行引导与控制,并通过将宜居要素与控制性详细规划管控要素进行叠合,从设施层次、指标体系、设施互融等方面展开体系构建研究,以此指导重庆市北碚区"宜居蔡家"建设下的公共设施规划实践活动。

Construction system for public facilities in the context of livable city construction is a theory system proposed with the definition,construction system and contents of traditional public facilities,under the background of building livable city.As public facilities are regulated by regulatory plan which instructs and administrates the land-use and construction directly,it suits to guide and control the construction system for public facilities in the context of building livable city.To conduct the practice of public facilities planning for livable Caijia in Beibei District of Chongqing,study proceeds in terms of facility level,index system and facility interaction through the combination of livable elements and regulatory plan elements.
