抑郁症伴发高血压病的健康干预研究

Health Interventions in Depression along with Hypertension in the Primary Hospital

目的:观察基层医院健康干预在改善抑郁症伴发高血压病患者生活习惯和血压水平中的作用。方法:通过心理干预、生活指导等方式,对200例确诊患者进行健康指导。结果:干预后患者的生活习惯各项指标明显高于干预前,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后患者收缩压和舒张压下降幅度明显,与干预前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基层健康干预可有效改善抑郁症伴发高血压病患者的生活习惯和血压水平,值得推广应用。

Objective ： To observe the effect of health interventions in the living habits and blood pressure levels of the patients with depression along with hypertension in the primary hospital. Methods： 200 cases of confirmed patients were given different aspects of health interventions including psychological intervention, life and diet guidance, and medication instructions. Results ： The indicators of the living habits after the intervention were significantly higher than that before intervention, there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased more significantly after the intervention, there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Heailth interventions in the primary hospital may be effective in improving the living habits and blood pressure levels of the patients with depression along with hypertension, which should be widely applied.
