摘要
WC-Co涂层因具有优良的耐磨抗腐蚀性能而被广泛应用于工业的各个领域,并且WC-Co涂层的制备技术及其性能的研究也已成为热点课题。介绍了近些年来WC-Co涂层的最新研究进展、以及WC-Co涂层目前存在的问题与缺陷。通过对纳米WC-Co涂层和普通WC-Co涂层性能的研究比较,对WC-Co涂层的发展方向进行了展望。
Tungsten Carbide-Cobalt coatings have been used in a variety of industrial fields because ot their exeellent wear resistance. In recent years, the manufacturing technologies and performances of WC-Co coatings have become the focus of research and development. The latest research and development of WC-Co coatings were analyzed, and the present deficiency of WC-Co coatings was also discussed. The performances of nano coatings and common WC-Co coatings are compared. The development directions of WC-Co coatings are prospected.
