摘要
草酸车间由于存在酸滴漏,腐蚀环境比较苛刻。分析了草酸对涂层钢结构和混凝土地面的腐蚀机理,提出降低腐蚀速率的控制措施。通过对改性乙烯基酯玻璃鳞片面漆和氯化橡胶面漆进行浸泡实验和电化学交流阻抗实验,选出适用于草酸车间防护的涂料,并提出了合理的防护方案。
Environment of oxalic acid plant is aggressively corrosive due to acid dripping leakage. The corrosion mechanisms of oxalic acid on coatings for steel structure and concrete floor are analyzed. Control measures for reducing corrosion rate are proposed. Appropriate coatings for oxalic acid plant are selected and effective protection plan is recommended based upon emersion tests of vinyl ester-glass flake topcoat and chlorinated rubber top coat and EIS (electrochemical impedance spectra) tests.
