摘要
通过对某联合站一台停产修理的三相分离器检测,发现该设备内部经清洗及喷砂处理后,设备底部腐蚀严重。分析了该设备的腐蚀因素及机理,主要是由于井口原油含水率上升,设备底部易存积泥沙,从而引起缝隙腐蚀、细菌腐蚀和冲刷腐蚀造成。设备经过补焊后,对内壁进行了涂层防护,并在集输管线端点投加杀菌剂和缓蚀剂,同时加强了日常排污和情况,保证了设备的正常运行。
In the inspection of a 3-phase separator shutdown down for overhaul in a combination station, a serious corrosion was found at the bottom of separator after cleaning and sand blasting. The corrosion factors and corrosion mechanisms were analyzed and corrosion were found to be caused by crevice corrosion, bacterial corrosion and erosion corrosion due to increased water in well crude oil and sludge deposition at the bottom of equipment. The normal operation of the separator has been ensured by additional welding, provision of protective coatings on the internal wall and addition of bactericide and corrosion inhibitor as well as strength- ened routine drainage, etc.
