输气管道经常会因法兰泄漏而影响生产运行,由于法兰连接部位的结构特殊性,一旦发生泄漏,治理比较困难。中国石油西气东输管道公司经过多年的实践探索,将碳纤维复合材料用于与干线连接的管道法兰泄漏在线预防性治理,解决了生产运行过程遇到的技术难题,取得了显著的成效。

The leaking of flanges in gas pipeline will affect the normal pipeline operation. As the flange connection is unique in its construction, the handling is very difficult when leaking occurs. Based upon its years＂ operation experience, PetroChina West-East Gas Pipeline Company has applied compound carbon fiber material for the connection flange in trunk lines to prevent flange leaking on line. This has solved the technical problem in operation and good results have been achieved.
