摘要 以降香黄檀(Dalbergia odorifera Chen)同一枝条上4种不同部位的插条为参试材料,采用正交设计L16(45)为试验方法,通过极差分析及相关性分析,着重研究了基质类型、激素类型、激素浓度、浸泡时间、插条类型等5种因素对降香黄檀插条各生长指标的影响及其最优组合,以建立降香黄檀扦插繁殖体系。结果表明∶生根率、生根总数、插条平均根长、插条平均根粗中任意两者之间的相关性极显著;基质类型、插条类型是影响插条生根效果的重要因素;激素浓度和浸泡时间对插条生根效果的作用表现为高抑低促,因此各处理因素的最优组合为A3B3C1D2E4,即以珍珠岩为基质,基部插条用100 mg/L ABT1溶液浸泡2 h。 There are four different parts of cuttings on the same branch of Dalbergia odorifera Chen are regarded as reference material in the study.It applies the orthogonal design L16(45) as a trial,through the range analysis and correlation analysis,focusing on the research of the matrix type,hormone type,hormone concentration,soaking time and cutting type,and their impacts of the growth indicators and their optimal combination on the cutting of Dalbergia odorifera Chen in order to establish the cutting propagation system of Dalbergia odorifera Chen.The results shows as follows: the correlation between the two of rooting rate,the number of total rooting,average length of rooting,average diameter of rooting of cutting are very significant;The matrix type and the cutting type are the important factors which affect the rooting.The performance of the role of Hormone concentration and immersion time on the cutting rooting effect is to inhibit the higher but promote the lower.Therefore,the optimal combination of the processing factors was A3B3C1D2E4,that is,to use the perlite as the matrix,immersing the base cutting with 100 mg/L ABT1 solution for two hours.
