双季树莓组织培养技术初报

Preliminary report on the tissue culture techniques of double-cropping Rubus spp.

以3种双季树莓的当年生茎段为外植体,对3种双季树莓进行了组织培养和快速繁殖研究。结果表明,最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L+GA0.5 mg/L;哈瑞太兹、秋福的最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.25 mg/L+KT0.5 mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L+GA0.2 mg/L,秋红的最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+KT0.5 mg/L+IBA0.1 mg/L+GA0.2 mg/L;3种双季树莓的最适生根培养基是1/2MS+IBA0.3 mg/L+活性炭1.0 g/L。

Took the current-year-grown stem segments of three kinds of double-cropping Rubus spp.as explants,we studied the tissue culture and rapid propagation of double-cropping Rubus spp.The results showed that the best medium for inducing was MS＋6-BA1.0 mg/L＋IBA0.2 mg/L＋GA0.5 mg/L.The optimal multiplication medium for Heritage.Autumn Bliss was MS＋6-BA0.25 mg/L＋KT0.5 mg/L＋IBA0.1 mg/L＋GA0.2 mg/L.The optimal mutiplication medium for Red Autumn was MS＋6-BA0.5 mg/L＋KT0.5 mg/L＋IBA0.1 mg/L＋GA0.2 mg/L.The optimal rooting medium for three kinds of double-cropping Rubus spp.was 1/2MS＋IBA0.3 mg/L＋activated carbon 1.0 g/L.
