摘要
采用Tricine-SDS-PGAE及葡聚糖凝胶柱层析法对光裸星虫30个个体(雌雄各15个)体腔液中可溶性蛋白质成分进行初步分离,并用福林酚试剂法测定其含量。研究结果表明,光裸星虫个体的体腔液中可能含有的可溶性蛋白质或亚基分子量分别为29.97、28.57、27.10、12.67、11.69、6.20、5.72、5.04、4.06、3.73 kU,蛋白成分较简单。此外,光裸星虫体腔液中蛋白质的含量较高,平均高达4.012(±1.067)mg/mL。
By using SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,the paper studied coelomic hydrophilic protein components of Sipunculus nudus in the propagate seasons.The results showed that 10 bands appear in the electropherograms,which had correspondent molecular weight as 29.97、28.57、27.10、12.67、11.69、6.20、5.72、5.04、4.06、3.73 KU individually,complex functions were undergoing by simple protein compositions of coelomic fluid.High levels of those components were detected,with 4.012(±1.067)mg/mL of average content.
