摘要
通过文献回顾和专家评判法,对胜任特征理论模型和访谈模型进行比较。结果表明,胜任特征理论模型和访谈模型之间具有一致性。在此基础上构建了优化的农民合作社带头人胜任力模型,该胜任特征模型对农民专业合作社带头人具有很好的预测效度,为农民专业合作社带头人的选拔和培养提供了重要的理论依据。
Theoretical model and interview model are compared through literature review and expert assessment method.The results showed that theoretical model and interview are consistent.We build a optimal farmer cooperatives leader competency model on this basis,the competency model have good predictive validity for leaders of farmers' professional co-operatives,and provide an important theoretical basis for the selection and training of leaders of farmers' professional co-operatives.
