Problems in the Non-Public Sector of the Economy in Prefecture of Southeast Guizhou and Its Way Out

从黔东南州非公有制经济发展状况入手,分析黔东南州非公企业在发展进程中出现的问题及其原因,提出对黔东南州非公有制经济转变发展方式,实现快速、健康发展的若干思考。

Starting from the situation of development of non-public sector of the economy,analyzing the problems in the course of development of the non-public-owned enterprises and causes for such problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions for a transformation of mode in developing non-public-owned economy in a rapid and healthy way.
