摘要
半导体超晶格是凝聚态物理的前沿领域之一。对半导体超晶格物理的历史、现状以及未来做了简单的回顾与展望,并介绍了它的若干应用。
The semiconductor superlattice is one of the best active field in a condensed state physics.This paper reviews the history,the present situation and the future of the semiconductor superlattice,and presents its some applications.
