Integrated pest management strategy for Asian corn borer——a major pest of corn

亚洲玉米螟是玉米上的重大害虫,制定亚洲玉米螟综合治理方案是一个非常复杂的问题,存在着一些原则和方法。在了解亚洲玉米螟生物学及其天敌特性的基础上,提出了亚洲玉米螟综合治理策略,即强调采用自然防治,利用农业防治以生态调控为核心,结合消灭越冬虫源、以物理等措施压低成虫虫量、以生物防治为主控制田间幼虫,必要时才采用与生物防治(及自然防治)协调的化学防治。并对亚洲玉米螟综合治理面临的问题与对策进行了探讨。

The Asian corn borer is a major pest of corn,to draw up integrated pest management（IPM） program of the Asian corn borer is a very complex problem,there are a number of principles and methods.In this paper,understanding of the Asian corn borer and its natural enemies in biological characteristics,puts forward the IPM strategy for the Asian corn borer,which emphasizes use of natural control,use of agro-ecological regulation control as the core,combined with the eradication of overwintering insect source,the physical and other measures to reduce the number of adult,and the biological-based control of the larvae in fields,if necessary,used with biological control（and natural control） the coordination of chemical control.As well as problems and countermeasures of IPM of Asian corn borer are discussed.
