摘要
邻苯二甲酸酯是一种全球性的环境激素类污染物,普遍存在土壤中。针对近年来动物试验及人群研究的新进展,综述了邻苯二甲酸酯的急性毒性、生殖发育毒性、"三致"效应及对人体健康的危害。
Phthalates is a global universal environmental endocrine disruptors.There were lots of PAEs in soil.According to the experiments on animals and human in recent years,this papaer described the acute toxicity,reproductive and developmental toxicity,carcinogenicity-mutagenicity-teratogenicity of PAEs,and gave a special concern on its harm to the human health.
