摘要
通过分析区域选择性联锁(ZSI)的工作原理,提出一种以智能塑壳断路器控制器为基础单元,实现区域选择性联锁的设计方案:采用光电耦合器实现可靠的逻辑控制;采用MSP430F147微控制器(MCU)实现其速动性、可靠性和安全性,具有电路设计简单、抗电磁兼容性能强的优点,能有效解决短路故障电流的动热效应产生的危害和配电系统协同关系破坏停电造成的损失两者之间的矛盾关系。
Through the analysis of zone selective interlocking(ZSI) working principle,a kind of the design plan taking an intelligent controller based unit of molded case circuit breakers as basis element realizing zone selective interlocking,zone selective interlocking control circuit used the photoelectric coupler to realize the reliable logical control was proposed.The core control unit used the MSP430F147 micro controller(MCU) to realize its speed,the reliability and the security.The circuit design was simple,anti-EMC performance strong merit,which could effectively solve the failure stress the harm and damage distribution system synergies generated by the loss of power caused the contradictory relationship between the two.
