摘要
对土钻的组成结构,特别是对钻头的结构及其工作原理进行了阐述,分析了贯入阻力、摩擦力和附着力对土钻钻头工作过程的影响。利用Pro/E软件建立了钻头的三维模型,并将其导入ANSYS软件。同时,对钻头在不同土质工作条件下进行了应力计算,得到了钻头的应力云图。结果表明:钻头的内应力随着工作土质的工作阻力增加而增加;在一定的土质工作阻力条件下,钻头的最大应力发生在钻头前刀面的根部。研究成果为后续土钻钻头的设计与研究提供了重要的理论依据。
The composition of soil sampler,especially the structure and working principle of its drill are described in this paper.Influence of penetration resistance,friction and adhesion force in the working process of sampler's drill is analyzed.The three-dimensional model of drill is built by using Pro/E software,and imported into ANSYS software.Stress diagrams are obtained through calculation of stress of drill on different soil conditions.It is showed that internal stress of drill increases with increasing of the working resistance of soil;the maximum stress of drill appears in the root of front blade's cover of drill.This provides an important theoretical foundation for future designing and studying of drill of soil sampler.
