摘要
在机械化精量播种的过程中,精量排种器的工作性能直接影响着播种的质量。为此,以机械强制夹持式精量排种器为对象,在PSD-8多功能排种器试验台上进行试验,采用正交试验的方法设计试验方案,运用综合平衡法、综合评分法以及方差分析法对排种性能指标进行综合分析,研究试验因素对各指标的影响规律和趋势,分析取种机构的结构参数以及作业速度,并对其进行优化。试验结果表明:作业速度在3~4km/h范围内,取种装置的动夹种板长度为20mm、厚度为8mm、夹持张角为33°,取种效果最佳,穴播单粒率可达到94.3%,重播率为3.13%,漏播率为2.57%,种子破损率为0。本试验不仅为播种质量的提高提供参考,而且为田间生产作业提供理论依据。
In the procedure of mechanized precision planting,the performance of precision.The parameter of in direct affect with quality.The text was the object of mechanical clamp-type precision seed-metering device experiment on PSD-8 multifunctional sawing bench,designed the experiment though orthogonal test,the index of seed-metering performances were analyzed by synthesis equity,grade,variance analytical methods.The impacting tendency and regularity of influence factor on seed dispensing criteria,seed-metering device's parameterand working speed were analyzed and optimized.Results of the experiment showed that working speed scope in 3~4km/h,the length of seed moving clamp board was 20mm,thickness was 8mm,clamp angle was 33°,which showed that the rate of single seed was 94.3%,the rate of multi-seed was 3.13%,the rate of missing seed was 2.57%,the rate of broken seed was 0.
