农民生产服务合作社发展的绩效、问题与对策——基于江苏省扬州市的调查分析

The Performance,Problems and Countermeasure during the Development of Farmers' Cooperative in Service-in-production Mode——By investigating the Samples in Yangzhou City,Jiangsu Province

农民生产服务合作社是农业社会化服务的重要组织形式。为此,通过对江苏省扬州市的实地调查,对近年来我国农村出现的、主要围绕农户的生产环节提供农机、植保等生产性服务的专业合作社的发展模式、运行绩效、存在问题进行了总结、评价,并提出了新形势下我国农民生产服务合作社发展的对策建议。

Farmers＇ cooperative in service-in-production mode is an important organizational form of socialized services system for agriculture in China.By investigating the samples in Yangzhou City,Jiangsu Province,this paper,first,summarizes and evaluates the mode,performance and existing problems of this cooperative type,which provides services such as farm machines and plant protection during farmer＇s production,happening in rural areas of China these year,and then,it puts forward some approaches to develop farmers＇ cooperative in service-in-production mode under the new present situation.
