Pork Food Chain Risk Assessment and Intelligent Early Warning System

控制猪产品质量风险具有重要的公共卫生意义。为此,提出猪产品风险衍生机理,并建立质量风险结构,构造猪产品生产经营过程风险评价指标体系。基于Java平台,利用MyEclipse+MySQL+Tomcat,研制开发了适用于猪链风险评价与预警智能系统。

To control the quality risk of pig and pork products has great significance for the public health. The paper proposes the quality risk of pig and pork products and establishes the structure of quality risk. On the basis of it, we establish the risk evaluation index system in the pig and pork products handling and processing. Based on the Java platform, we using MyEclipse ＋ MySQL ＋ Tomcat research and develop the risk assessment and early warning intelligence system for pork food chain.
