摘要 根据我国国情,改进设计了导苗管式移栽机的核心部件—输送带-转杯组合式喂苗机构。输送带用于钵苗的输送与排序,转杯将输送带输送的钵苗按一定的时间间隔分开,分别分析、设计了转杯和输送带装置中各主要部件的结构形式和选取的参数;分析了钵苗进入转杯的时间、输送带的送钵时间等关键参数的影响因素。输送带-转杯组合式喂苗装置集一次多株喂入、钵苗自动排序、钵苗连续移栽于一体,提高了栽植效率,降低了劳动强度。 According to our country's conditions ,core components of tube -guided transplanter, a feeding mechanism by combining belt conveyer with revolving cup, was improved. Belt conveyer was designed to deliver and order the plug seedlings, and revolving cup to separate seedlings by certain time interval. The structure and main parameter selection of cups and belt device were analyzed and designed. The key parameters of the time of seedling into the conveyor belt and deliver seedlings time were researched. The new feeding mechanism could realize such function as many seedlings feeding one time, automatic ordering and continous transplanting. The results showed that the device improved the planting efficiency and reduced the labor intensity.
