摘要 根据生产要求,设计了SHJ-400型水葫芦固液分离机,介绍了该机具的结构组成、工作原理和技术特性。分析和设计了螺旋挤压与出渣装置等关键部件的结构参数。以水葫芦为原料,进行了固液分离生产性能试验。研究了挤压时间、粉碎粒径、进料量和不同固液分离方式对水葫芦脱水率、处理量和机具能耗等性能指标的影响,并对水葫芦固液分离工艺参数进行优化选择。试验结果表明:SHJ-400型水葫芦固液分离机对水葫芦具有良好的固液分离效果,脱水率≤75%,生产量≥8t/h,机具能耗≤2kW.h/t;该机具性能较其他固液分离方式优越,能较好满足水葫芦固液分离生产要求。 According to the production request, the SHJ -400 hyacinth liquid - solid splitter is designed, and it introduce the structural composition, the working principle and the technical characteristics of the equipment. The structural parameter of the key component of the machine, for example screw extruding device, blowdown device and so on, is analyzed and designed. The liquid - solid separation performance test has is carried on, hyacinth as a raw material. It has is researched effects of the hyacinth dehydration rate, dispose capacity, energy consumption of the machine using different extrusion time, smashing particle size, input and different liquid - solid separation way, and liquid - solid separation technological parameter has is optimized and selected. The experimental results showed that The better separation effects of using SHJ- 400 hyacinth liquid- solid splitter, the dehydration rate ≤75%, productivity ≥ 8t/h, energy consump- tion of the machine ≤2Kw · h/t. The machine performance is superior compare with other liquid - solid separation way,and it can satisfy the hyacinth liquid -solid separation production request well.
