摘要
针对我国北方鸡舍蛋鸡养殖密度大、产生的有害气体影响鸡群健康、导致产蛋性能下降的情况,研究设计了鸡舍有害气体监测系统。与传统的化学方法检测不同,系统由数据采集电路、信号调理电路、下位机与上位机通讯电路等硬件部分和相应的软件构成。它可以完成有害气体浓度的检测,并通过RS485将数据传送给上位机,以此数据来控制风机等装置的工作,使鸡舍内环境利于蛋鸡的养殖。鸡场实验结果表明:有害气体测量误差在±3%范围内,为研究环境因素对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响提供技术支持。
Because of chickens intensively reared in the henhouse will produce a series of harmful gases, they deleterious layers' health and egg laying performance is digressive. In view of this situation, design the henhouse harmful gas monitoring system. Different from traditional methods for chemical detection, system consists of hardware about data acquisition circuit, signal conditioning circuit, serial communication circuit and corresponding software. It can detect the concentration of harmful gases and send data to PC by the RS485. Computer according to the results to control the machine, make henhouse environment conducive to layers. Experimental results of the chicken farm show : measurement error of harmful gas within ± 3% ,The system to provide technical support for the study of environmental factors to influence on the performance of the egg layers.
