食管鳞癌肝细胞生长因子的表达及意义

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF HEPATOCYTE GROWTH FACTOR IN ESOPHAGEAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA

目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其与食管鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学MaxVision法检测食管鳞癌及食管正常粘膜HGF的表达情况。结果:食管鳞癌组织、食管正常粘膜HGF的表达具有显著差异(P<0.01);并且,食管鳞癌组织HGF的表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:HGF在食管鳞癌的发生发展及侵袭中起重要作用,对评估食管鳞癌预后具有重要意义。

Objective：To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor （HGF） in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and to explore its relationship with clinical pathological feattues of esophageal Nuamous cell carcinoma. Methods：MaxVision immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression of HGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and normal esophageal mucous membrane. Results：Expression of HGF between esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and normal esophageal mueous membrane had significant difference Moreover, expression of HGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue had relations with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage （P〈0.05）.Conelusions：HGF plays an important role in carcinogenesis and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and it could be a prognostic factor of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
