摘要
介绍了两种基于PLC控制系统的大型机床精确分度系统。重点分析了定位过程特性,提出了一种较为可靠易行的定位方法,着重介绍了系统结构组成及其控制流程,详细分析了其控制原理和控制策略,并成功运用于工程实际中,取得了良好效果。
This paper introduced focused on the analysis the key process two calibration system of machine tool which characteristics, presents a relatively reliable based on PLC control systems, and feasible method of location, introduces the system structure and its control process, and analyzes its control principle in detail. These control been applied, which has achieved good results.
